CHICKEN PIE AND SELF CRUST 
Boil 3 lb. fryer and cut into small pieces. Blend until boiling the following to make sauce:

1 1/4 c. broth
1 can cream of chicken soup

Next mix the following ingredients together to make crust:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sweet milk

Then place chicken pieces in casserole pour sauce over them, then pour the crust mixture over but do not stir. Bake at 425 degrees for 1/2 hour.
