2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. water
3 bay leaves
1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 garlic glove crushed whole
3 to 5 lb. of stew chunks of pork loin

Add all above ingredients together in electric frying pan on high heat stirring constantly when liquid has evaporated turn to simmer. Add brown sugar to your liking. I suggest serving with rice.
