BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. sausage
1 sm. onion
1 qt. thick `n chunky Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
Mozzarella cheese
Oregano
1 hot pepper (optional)

Cook spaghetti; drain. Saute sausage and onion until sausage is browned. Drain fat. Add sauce, mushrooms and seasonings. Put into baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Can be frozen for later use. This should always be done in a glass baking dish.
