2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Mix together all ingredients and mix with an electric mixer. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before taking out of pan or it will tear up.
