ALMOND PASTE | |
2 c. unskinned almonds 1/2 c. sugar or to taste 2-3 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. pure almond extract Pulverize almonds in a food processor. Add sugar, butter and extract. Keep mixing until smooth and well combined. Keep stored in freezer for up to 2 months. Makes about 2 cups. |
