TACO SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) cans Frito bean dip
3 med. avocados, mashed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped green pepper
3 med. chopped tomatoes
3 1/2 oz. black olives
8 oz. shredded cheese

Mix avocado, lemon juice and mayonnaise together; layer in 8 inch casserole dish. Place bean dip, next mix seasoning mix with sour cream and layer next place lettuce, onion, and tomato and black olives and finish off with shredded cheese.
