SPINACH TOSSED SALAD 
Chutney Dressing, (below)
1 lb. spinach, torn into bite size pieces, about 8 cups
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced about 1 1/2 cups
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. unseasoned croutons
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
6 red onion slices, separated into rings

Toss all ingredients. Serve with freshly ground pepper if desired. 6 servings. (about 1 2/3 cups each); 215 calories per serving.

CHUTNEY DRESSING:

1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. chutney
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
