OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c brown sugar
1/4 c. warm milk
2 c. Quaker oats, dry
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. raisins

Beat eggs slightly in large mixing bowl. Add oil, sugar, vanilla, milk, coconut, nuts, oatmeal, raisins and blend. Add flour, mix with other ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at approximately 325 to 350 degrees.
