1 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Additional Cool Whip

Mix flour and shortening like pie crust. Press into 9x13 pan and bake 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread over crust.

Mix lemon pudding mix with 3 cups of milk and beat until stiff. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

Let it set well and frost with Cool Whip. Cherry pie or other fruit/berry filling may be used instead of pudding.
