2 c. chunky peanut butter 1/2 c. butter, softened 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips 1/2 c. chopped peanuts 1 c. graham cracker crumbs Combine peanut butter and butter in mixing bowl; beat until blended. Add sugars and graham cracker crumbs; mix thoroughly. Pat mixture into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in a double boiler over hot water and spread over peanut butter mixture. Garnish with nuts. Refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before cutting. |
