MARGARET'S CORN SALAD 
30 oz. (2 cans) corn, yellow (drained)
1/2 c. green onion, chopped with blades*
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

*The whole green onion, including the top green part.

Combine all ingredients. Let set overnight before serving.
