WILLIAMSBURG WASSAIL PUNCH 
1 gallon apple juice
4 good size apples
3-4 lg. oranges
1 c. raisins
1 oz. rum extract
1/2 c. rum
2 tbsp. allspice
Cinnamon sticks
1 qt. tea
Sugar

Night before, slice the oranges. Cut apples into quarters. Place raisins into a large bowl, then add the rum extract (small bottle), rum, and allspice. Blend together. Cover; let stand in the refrigerator overnight.

Next day, place in crock pot at least 1 hour before serving. Add in the mixture the tea and sugar to taste. Then add the cinnamon sticks. Serve piping hot. Serves 24.
