2 lg. potatoes, sliced 2 sliced carrots 1 sliced onion 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 lb. hamburger, lightly browned and drained 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 pt. tomato juice Place all ingredients except juice layered in a casserole in the order listed. Season each layer with the salt and pepper. Pour the tomato juice over it all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or cook in a crockpot 6 to 8 hours. |
