KAHLUA DESSERT | |
1 box white cake mix 3 eggs 1 c. kahlua 1/2 c. oil 2 sticks butter, melted 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped pecans 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1/2 c. milk 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix 8 oz. cream cheese 9 oz. LaCreme whipped topping Mix cake mix, eggs, kahlua, oil together. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine butter and brown sugar in a pan and bring to boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add nuts. Spread on hot cake. Combine condensed milk, 1/2 cup milk, pudding mix, beat until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese. Spread on top of nut layer. Top with a layer of whipped cream topping. Refrigerate. May be made 2-3 days ahead. |
