BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 well beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. salad oil or melted Crisco

Mix dry ingredients. Combine milk and oil; add to dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
