PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE NUMBER 1 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant pineapple pudding
4 beaten eggs
1 (10 oz.) can 7-Up
3/4 c. oil

Blend all ingredients in a big bowl, beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Bake in 3 greased and floured pans at 350 degrees until center springs back.

ICING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. flour

Cook until thick. Add 1 cup coconut and frost cake.
