BROWN SUGAR CRISPS 
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. Bisquick

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and spices until smooth and creamy. Stir in Bisquick. Drop dough in slightly rounded teaspoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
