BLUEBERRY BETTY 
3 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
French toast
Confectioners sugar
Nutmeg

Cook blueberries, sugar, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Pour into shallow baking dish and arrange slices of French toast on top. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and nutmeg and bake in hot oven (425 degrees) about 20 minutes. Serve with cream.
