TACO PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crescent rolls
1 c. sour cream

10 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Brown meat, drain and stir in taco mix and water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pat rolls into pie pan, pressing together forming crust. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips then meat, sour cream, cheese and rest of corn chips. Bake. Add shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes on top.
