BOURMA 
1 lb. kataif dough (string dough)
1 lb. shelled chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mazzaher orange blossom water
1 lb. rendered butter
Syrup

Open kataif dough on board and spread out and butter well. Separate into pieces about 3 inches wide, 5 inches long. Butter well. Place tablespoon of nut, sugar, mazzaher mixture in middle and roll tightly. Place rolls close together on baking sheet. Butter well and bake at 325 degrees approximately 25-30 minutes. Remove when lightly brown and pour syrup over.
