SKILLET CORNBREAD | |
2 c. self-rising corn meal 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. mayonnaise Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl add corn meal and sugar. Add egg, mayonnaise and buttermilk. Mix well. Grease skillet pan slightly with oil. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes. |
