PICKLED OKRA 
Garlic, 1 clove for each jar
Hot peppers, 1 for each jar
Okra, small pods
Dill seed, 1 tsp. for each jar
1 qt. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt

Place garlic and hot pepper in pint jars. Pack firmly with clean young okra pods. Add dill seed.

Bring vinegar, water, and salt to boil, simmer 5 minutes, pour hot vinegar mixture over okra. Seal jars immediately. This makes about 5-7 pint jars.

Always remember to bring seals to boil.
