2 eggs whipped 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. nuts preferably pecans 1 c. sm. chocolate chips Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Drop cookie mixture by teaspoonfuls on foil placing close together. TURN OFF OVEN. Put in cookies. Leave overnight. Do not open oven until the next day. Makes about 50. | |
