PEANUT BUTTER OR CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 stick butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter or cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Melt butter and cheese on low heat; stir. Add cocoa or the peanut butter to cheese mixture. Mix in the sugar a little at a time. When mixture gets stiff, put on a board and knead until well mixed. Spread in an 11"x14" cake pan. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
