CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, cooked & diced
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 (#2) can mixed vegetable, drained (Veg-All)
1 (#2) can English peas
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Cook chicken and dice. Put in large casserole. Add vegetables, salt and pepper.

SAUCE:

Melt 1 stick butter. Add flour, chicken broth and milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thick sauce is formed. Pour over chicken and vegetable mixture. Top with homemade pastry or ready pie crust. Cook at 350 degrees until crust is brown.
