2 tbsp. mashed potatoes, heaping
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners sugar

Add confectioners sugar until stiff enough to roll out like pie dough between waxed paper so you can turn it over without sticking. Spread with peanut butter.

Roll up and cut in thin slices. Lay out on waxed paper to dry before storing.
