CHICKEN CROQUETTES 
12 oz. tin R & R boned chicken
1 c. thick cream sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion

Mix ingredients together. Chill several hours. Shape into croquettes. To fry, roll croquettes in crumbs, then in an egg slightly beaten with a tablespoon of cold water, then in crumbs. Fry in deep fat (360 to 380 degrees), 1 to 5 minutes. Makes 8 croquettes.
