BIERROCKS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 lg. head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
Pepper, as directed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Brown the hamburger, add shredded cabbage, onion and seasonings. Steam for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Roll out some bread or biscuit dough in about 5 inch squares. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture on dough. Bring edges together and seal. Bake on greased cookie sheet.
