PLUM - GOOD PORK RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. pork spareribs
1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 c. plum jam
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. orange juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Pam vegetable cooking spray

Cut ribs into serving pieces; place in shallow pan, sprayed with Pam (meaty side down). Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour. Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, plum jam, honey, orange juice, and garlic. Remove foil; drain off drippings. Brush both sides of ribs thoroughly with soy sauce mixture. Pour remaining sauce evenly over ribs. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes, brushing ribs with sauce every 10 minutes.
