PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. snipped parsley or dried
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, cut in strips

Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, and garlic salt. Add 1/4 cup tomato soup. Mix well, shape into balls. Brown in skillet. Mix remaining soup, water, Worcestershire sauce and green pepper. Simmer covered for 40 to 50 minutes.
