CHOCOLATE MINT SQUARES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup (Hershey's)

MINT LAYER:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. creme de menthe
1 c. butter

GLAZE:

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Mix all cake layer ingredients together. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (will not rise). Cool completely in pan (overnight).

Mix mint layer ingredients together and spread over cooled cake layer (to prevent mint from melting).

Mix and melt glaze ingredients together over low heat. Cool a bit, then spread over mint layer. Chill 5-10 minutes and then cut into small squares. May be frozen.
