CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
3 or 4 chicken bones (or pork)
Somen noodles
Mushrooms
Green onions
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Ajinomoto to taste

Place bones in large saucepan; add water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes. Chop vegetables and somen. Place in pan with liquid and season to taste.
