CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers

Mix pudding as directed on package. Fold in Cool Whip. Line square or rectangular casserole dish with crackers. Pour pudding. Layer crackers. Repeat. End with pudding on top. Pour on topping.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Put butter, sugar, cocoa and milk into saucepan. Heat until sugar is melted. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Pour on pudding. Chill.
