RICE AND CHICKEN 
1 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. cream of chicken soup
4-6 pieces chicken

Mix together rice, water and soup in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place chicken on top. Salt and pepper if desired. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Serves 3-4.

Variations: 1) Soup may be substituted such as cream mushroom, etc. 2) Meat may be substituted such as meatballs or pork chops.
