FRANK AND POTATO BAKE 
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2-3 heaping tbsp. Cheez Whiz
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. mustard
6 hot dogs, sliced
4-5 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled & sliced

In a small saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add Cheez Whiz, stirring to melt.

Stir in parsley and mustard. Fold in sliced hot dogs and potatoes. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes. Serves 4.
