BAJA TACOS 
Pork roast or pork tenderloin
Garlic
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
Corn tortillas
Salsa

Season pork with garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until well done and shred. Mix onions and cilantro. Place shredded meat on warm tortilla. Cover with onion mixture. Pour salsa over taco and enjoy. Serve with refried beans and rice.
