CHICKEN - MUSHROOM KABOBS 
2 whole lg. chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1 lb. medium mushrooms
4 - 5 lg. green onions, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 - 5 slices of bacon, each slice cut in half lengthwise and then crosswise to make 6 pieces

Cut chicken in bite size pieces and marinate in marmalade, soy sauce, honey, ginger, salt and garlic. On skewers wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon and alternate with mushrooms and onion. Grill over coals 5 to 10 minutes.
