2 chickens, cut into parts
1 bottle Russian dressing, Wishbone - Red
3/4 c. apricot preserves (jam)
2/3 c. water
1 envelope onion soup mix

Place chicken parts in pan. Skin side up. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Baste 3 or 4 times, the last half hour.
