PEANUT BUTTER PIE #2 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
3 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. cream, whipped
1/2 c. roasted peanuts

Combine egg yolks, salt and milk, mix well. Place in heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until warm. Combine sugar and flour; gradually add to milk mixture, stirring constantly until thickened. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Pour into cooled pie shell. Chill thoroughly. Serve with whipped cream and roasted peanuts.
