BASIL CHICKEN 
1 bunch basil
1 bunch green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 roasting chicken
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. butter

Saute half of onions, basil and diced clove garlic. Dry mix remainder and stuff chicken cavity. Lift skin from breast meat and stuff saute mixture that has been deglazed with the wine. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
