CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FREEZER CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. strong black coffee
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1/2 c. heavy cream

Prepare cake as directed in tube pan or 9-inch springform pan. Remove from pan and cool thoroughly.

Prepare filling: Melt chocolate chips in medium bowl in microwave. Beat in egg yolks. In separate bowls, beat egg whites until soft peaks and whipping cream until stiff. Fold egg whites and whipping cream into chocolate.

Slice off top of cake and scoop out center of cake. Pour filling into cake, replace top. Wrap well and freeze. To serve, decorate with powdered sugar or additional whipped cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
