CHINESE SALAD 
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, discard seasoning
4 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
1/4 c. Marukan rice vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper (to taste)
1 tsp. Accent
4 1/2 oz. can tiny shrimp
1 head lettuce

Heat oil in frying pan - add sesame seeds, crushed Ramen noodles and slivered almonds - cook until lightly browned and cool.

DRESSING: Vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and Accent. Shake well to mix.

Shred 1 head lettuce. Add 4 1/2 ounce can tiny shrimp (drained), add cooled noodles and almonds - toss and add dressing. Serve right away. Also add chopped cucumber, radishes, carrots, cauliflower too.
