MARINATED BEAN SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can sm. peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. jar pimentos
8 cherry tomatoes (optional)

MARINADE:

1 c. water
1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Place all veggies in large bowl and toss. Mix marinade ingredients; pour over veggies. Cover tightly. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Toss well; drain off liquid when ready to serve.
