6 oz. portabella mushrooms 4 ozs. red wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp. fresh ground pepper salt to taste Sauce: 3ozs. lemon juice 1 garlic clove 1 shallot, chopped 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1 tablespoon fresh leaf parsley Combine first set of ingredients let sit for 10 minutes. Add sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grill for 4 minutes or bake at 325°F for 7 minutes and serve. Tastes great, you will love it. Submitted by: dcollins |
