HAYSTACKS 
2 (6 oz.) bags butterscotch chips
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. peanuts
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a double boiler over slow boiling water. Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Chill for a few minutes.
