HOT WASSAIL 
4 c. (1 qt.) unsweetened apple juice
3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick (or more if desired)
3 whole cloves (or more if desired)
Lemon & orange slices

Combine all the ingredients in a large kettle and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: 18 half cup servings. One serving = 65 calories.
