MOLDED APPLESAUCE SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. red hots
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can applesauce

Melt red hots in boiling water. Pour in Jello. Add sugar and applesauce and mix well. Pour into mold and refrigerate. Serve on shredded lettuce.
