MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. self rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 can cream corn
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients together; pour into greased pans and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
