1 pkg. devils food cake mix
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice

Combine all cake ingredients in large mixer bowl. Mix well and pour in a 13 x 9 inch greased and floured cake pan. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool and put on icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat until light and smooth. Beat in confectioners' sugar and stir in nuts.
