RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Whipped cream

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Fold in crackers and pecans. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with whipped cream.
